I am user-centered analyst, researcher, and data enthusiast with over 20 years of experience leading programs in operations, analytics, and product development. Having recently completed my PhD in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington, I leverage my professional analytic experience with skills in user centered research to improve products and operations for organizations dedicated to public sector advancements. I have spent the past 15 years of my professional career at the University of Washington working at an enterprise level to improve data management, insights and analytics, and associated work systems.
