Responsible for developing use cases, system requirements, managing license agreements and budgets for the residential Broadband and VoIP Provisioning Platforms. Accomplishments included:• Managing the product requirements, RFI and vendor evaluation for a unified broadband provisioning system that consolidated over 50 disparate systems to 5 regional platforms.• Managing the development of the VoIP provisioning requirements that led to the inaugural launch of the internally developed TWC Digital Phone Order Management (DPOM) System.• Team lead for the Sprint joint venture (Pivot) mobile phone provisioning working group.

Responsible for the product roadmap, requirements management, release testing, user guide development and customer training for the United Messaging hosted Internet Mail and anti-virus firewall services. Accomplishments included:• Eliciting customer requirements, prioritizing product specifications, establishing release plans and working with engineering teams to develop, test and launch the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based messaging services.• Coordinating beta programs and participating in customer pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure successful customer implementations.• Managing cost and revenue forecast models, negotiating vendor agreements, presenting executive and customer facing product overviews to drive sales and product growth.

Responsible for the technical management and customer support of the corporate e-mail system. Key accomplishments included:• Providing technical leadership to evaluate, test and deploy an IMAP/LDAP based messaging system that consolidated 5,000 disparate cc:Mail, Lotus Notes and Unix mailboxes to a single Netscape Messaging platform.• Managing the day-to-day operational support for messaging systems including mailbox creation, system backups, break/fix and customer support tickets.• Receiving a top performer award in 1998.

Responsible for support of standalone and LAN based PC systems. Key accomplishments included the evaluation, implementation and training of desktop application installations and upgrades. Awarded multiple premium performer awards for outstanding service.
