Developing and implementing the business development and fundraising strategy of CitizensAdvice BANES.Providing a strategic Marketing Plan, operational implementation plans and communications plans.

I worked across 5 subsidiaries, managing projects to deliver communications elements and campaigns in support of marketing strategies.For a healthcare subsidiary's flagship event, I created and executed a 6 phase, on-and-offline marketing plan, managing a team of 6 Marketing specialists and the requirements of over 60 stakeholders located internationally. This generated leads with a Total Contract Value circa £1m and surpassed all the business objectives.As part of my work with a financial adviser business, I developed an annual communications plan and generated content through the development of videos and staff profiles that sought to present the character of the business and the expertise therein.

Managing projects to deliver communications elements and campaigns in support of marketing strategies

Being a linchpin between areas of brand management and campaign management, I managed the company's brand book and ran weekly campaign meetings to ensure campaigns were on track and adhering to the brand. Other duties included managing the process of creation of marketing material from the briefing stage, through the design stage, and finally to sign off, along with proofing documents and organising catalogue print runs.

Developing the Bath music scene for venues, bands and audiences alike. I used digital, print and verbal means to communicate to segments so as to increase footfall for venues and a greater enthusiasm for the live music scene in general. This required a considerable amount of networking and the establishing of firm ties with artists, venues and media outlets. Other activities included organising and running indoor and outdoor events including designing posters, coordinating front of house, stage management and compering.

I was the founder of an organization of actors that looked to create a new way of thinking in theatre. A way that tried to make money out of performing arts and fight the belief that theatre for the vast majority of performers is an unprofitable pursuit.

I was an assistant to lecturers at the University, but was called on to organise theatre productions too and performing them if asked.
