As COO of inPhronesis, I am enhancing the inVision knowledge management tool developed by inThought to build it into a world-class competitive intelligence platform. We are currently focused on adding additional AI/ML tools to allow for faster content ingestion, tagging and searching of competitive intelligence information.Previously, as Manager of Online Education at InterSystems, built a dedicated online learning team focused on developing technical training content on InterSystems products for employees, partners and customers. We implemented a new Learning Management System that incorporates interactive online labs that allow customers to run full versions of our product as part of the learning experience.As Director of Global Learning Services at Boston Scientific, I led the learning work stream of HR Transformation and managed the newly created Global Learning Services team. I implemented a learning management system and global talent review and succession platform for over 3,000 managers worldwide, as well as integrated their international business unit into the corporate LMS.As an MIT graduate, I deliver a unique skill set. I have worked with start-up’s, have operated as an independent consultant and have grown a services business. I have contributed on all sides of human capital and knowledge management and provide a specialized perspective characterized by a deep understanding of technology coupled with a unique ability to communicate with both technical professionals and business executives alike.
