I am a Consultant in Smith & Williamson’s Forensic Services team which consists of experienced Forensic Accountants, Investigations specialists and Forensic Technology experts. I have specialised in Forensic Accounting for 25 years. I act as an Expert Witness and adviser in a diverse range of disputes including those with damages in the £100s million. I act for Claimants, Defendants and as a Single Joint Expert and I have given evidence in the High Court, International Arbitrations and other tribunals on numerous occasions. I act in:• Commercial Disputes, including cross-border disputes & arbitrations • Professional Negligence actions• Matrimonial cases (corporate valuations)• Personal Injury and Fatal Accident cases• Clinical Negligence casesWithin our Forensic Services team, we also offer Competition Services in which we provide Monitoring Trustee Services to clients in the UK and throughout the world who are subject to merger control measures by Competition Regulators.I am a member of the Academy of Experts and of the Expert Witness Institute and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. I am also included in The Law Society Register of Experts. I am a member of the LCIA, ICCA, the Swiss Arbitration Association and the Russian Arbitration Association.
