I managed continuing education events for the Association of Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS) at the American Library Association. This includes managing all conference and non-conference continuing education events, online or in-person, including development, content, production, and budget. Non-conference continuing education events consist of webinars, web courses, and e-Forums. I also work with the ALCTS Program Officer for Communications and Publishing on development and design of the ALCTS website.

Worked as an administrative assistant in the Dean's Office of Strozier Library at Florida State University. Along with assisting in filing, completing paperwork, aiding patrons of the library, organizing the office and events in the office, I also assisted in managing and organizing the Florida Book Awards (which the Florida State Library runs). This work included but was not limited to organizing and filing of book submissions and payments made to the book awards, managing social media and press releases, as well as communicating with authors and publishers in regards to the awards.
