Primarily worked in a Product Management role and launched the 3Com Voice Solutions Provider Program. The program focused on partnering with vendors in the Voice over IP and applications space. We successfully launched a unifed messaging and call center partnership. At this time the NBX platform grew to a $90M business for 3com.

Worked with 3Com after NBX acquisition in a worldwide roll out of one of the first IP PBXes.

Primary sales and systems engineer for start-up IP PBX manufacturer. NBX was subsequently purchased by 3Com during the early stages of the IP PBX. Selsius was purchased by Cisco during this same time. Both compannies achieved their objectives by disrupting TDM PBX architecture and competed with Nortel and Lucent/Avaya.

Operations manager for a small interconnect in Boston. ABT catered to small businesses thoughout New England in need of PBX and call center applications.
