Douglas R. Anderson is a formally trained Life and Executive Coach from the Coaches Training Institute and has been coaching since 2005. Doug’s major area of emphasis is in life transition coaching. Doug is founder of The Women in Transition Movement and has developed and taught numerous programs on Strengthsfinder's, Branding, Age Bias, Focus and “Stuck Job Seekers”. He has also done extensive work with adults with attention deficit disorder. He is presently the executive coach for the Southlake Focus Group.Doug also is a Futurist offering programs in "Empower Your Future" and "Future Proofing" to assist people to adapt to the New Economy.Doug is a public speaker sharing insights into social trends affecting work and relationships. He is also a published author, having written The Life Redirection Handbook.Prior to becoming a coach, Doug had a successful 40 year career as a pilot/instructor for one of the largest airlines in the world as well as in corporate aviation.
