Primary administrator overseeing Hamilton County properties hosting programs administered by the Hamilton County Department of Job & Family Services (HCJFS). Manages and directs all facility operations. Plans and oversees contractual building services (e.g., maintenance, security, safety, stockroom, warehouse, grounds, housekeeping, garage, motor pool, mail, etc.) Plans large and small work projects, schedules workflow, coordinates priorities, provides direction and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and rules. Serves as primary administrator for all HCJFS building services equipment (projectors, security cameras and alarms systems, TVs, etc.) to ensure system and service availability, managing specifications and bidding and purchasing of systems as applicable. Oversees the implementation, installation and user training as provided by the system supplier. Prepares and manages assigned budget for facility services and projects recommended changes. Serves as liaison between HCJFS and the Hamilton County Facility Management Division to prioritize and coordinate building maintenance and capital improvements in HCJFS buildings and facilities.

Oversaw housing management and facility maintenance operations for two (2) to three (3) asset management projects (AMPs) comprising of property portfolios consisting of elderly, family and/or scattered site housing in building types ranging from single-family homes, multi-family apartments, and hi-rise buildings. Marketed rental units to prospective tenants and drafted designated housing allocation plan to transition selected properties from general occupancy to housing for seniors. Worked directly with individual tenants, tenant organizations, and community agencies to investigate and resolve resident complaints; and implement health, safety, and social service programs to serve the resident communities. Communicated lease guidelines and took measures to enforce the lease with regard to rent collections, antisocial behavior, and other breaches of the lease. Coordinated work of maintenance staff and contractors in assigned in AMPs. Participated in the production of the annual budget for assigned AMPs. Conducted property and unit inspections. Referred capital improvement recommendations to senior management.

Directly oversaw and/or conducted leasing, building inspections, and lease enforcement for a portfolio of multi-family housing. Communicated with tenant councils, community groups, and neighboring property owners to collaborate on joint initiatives or resolve disputes. Completed inventory of non-dwelling rental spaces and conducted rental market analysis to recommend rental rates. Served one year as co-chair of agency Sustainability Committee to promote economic self-sufficiency and independent living. Coordinated with agency Section 504 coordinator and construction department to update the accessible facilities plan.

Assisted Area Housing Manager in various site property management functions while training to transition from being from being a member of the central administrative support staff to being a member of the on-site property management operations team.

Provided administrative support for the Housing Management Director and executed special projects for the agency. Prepared management analysis and demographic profiles for two HUD neighborhood revitalization grants awarded $70M+. Wrote applications to secure ~ $2M in HUD resident self-sufficiency grants and served as post-award grant administrator. Worked with TriHealth Seniorlink to implement a Medicare/Medicaid-funded daycare program in senior housing. Coordinated production of agency annual plan including management of public participation and input process.
