I Have worked at Applebees in Oneonta for almost 5 years.I have been the General Manager the entire time that Ive been here.In my 4 years here I have received 5 awards one which was being nominated for store of the year for our franchise.I have taken this store to the next level and turned it into one of the highest profitability store in the company

I took over A struggling NewHartford Applebees in 2005 as a General Manager.In two years I turned that store around,in the two years there I received 8 awards,one of which was, Come Back Store of the year.

In 2003 I moved from Florida to Upstate New York.With my 3 years experience for Applebees in Florida I was offered a Kitchen Manager position with a new Applebees in Herkimer New York.Herkimer Applebees is a Manager training store for our company.Here I was not only the Kitchen manager but also second in charge of the unit,I played in intricate part in training all new managers,I also went to struggling stores in our region to help them get on pace with our companies objectives.In 2005 I was offered a General Manager position for our Applebes; I accepted.

I am in charge of all aspects of a multi million dollar resturaunt.I oversee an asociate staff of 75 employees and 4 department Managers

In 1999 I started my career with Applebees.After my 12 weeks of training I was placed in the New Port Richey location.I was a front of the house Manager for 6 months and then promoted to the Kitchen Manager position.I worked in this store for 3 years as the Kitchen Manager,there were no promotions during this time,hence the long time spent in this role without advancement.

I was in charge of all aspects of a 5 million dollar resturaunt to ensure that we met our compny objectives

I started at Leverocks as a Kitchen Manager in the New Port Richey location.I worked there for two years then was offered the General Manager position for the flagship location in Clearwater Beach which I gladly accepted.This location was a 5 million dollar a year store.

I was in charge of all aspects in the resturaunt in order to acheive our company goals

Bob Evans was my first Restaurant job.I applied shortly after graduating with my Associates degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.I was promoted to General Manger in this store after two years.The year that I left my store was awarded store of the year for the entire company which at that time there were 318 stores.
