CurrentAs Executive Director, I am responsible for building the capacity of existing staff and raising the level of expertise for those hired into the organization. In addition, I am responsible for overall program quality and consistency and ensuring fidelity to the organizations mission. To accomplish this, I utilize key performance metrics for effective strategic decision making. I am also responsible for enhancing fundraising capabilities. Finally, I partner with the board of directors to foster organizational growth.
