Wrapped interactions with a third-party RESTful API by creating an Async Https wrapper in .Net.Some notable technologies used: - WPF for the UI using MVVM architecture, and C++ for lower-level interaction. - AWS EC2, Elasticache, and S3. - eJabberd- Supported the UX team with language reviews and suggestions for localization.

- Reinvented MorphoTrust’s drivers license shipping process by eliminating the need for manual addressing and shipment of newly-printed IDs from our manufacturers. Working in a cross-departmental team, created a class library using C# and SOAP to automatically coordinate shipments with UPS. - Together with infrastructure engineers, lowered costs and reduced the time needed to develop BOMs for our state clients by developing a “playbook”, to help categorize and coordinate their requirements. - Helped demo teams win customer bids by creating a WPF desktop application for them to update their databases to align with individual client’s requirements. Drafted full documentation, received approval, and oversaw the project from requirements gathering to release and demonstration.

- Helped make NxStage’s hemodialysis machines easier to use. Focused on UI and UX design, performed on a team developing NxView, the user interface for our critical care devices, as a well as other back-end services such as boot protocols and connectivity testing. Used .Net framework and C# Windows Form Apps. - Helped initiate and develop an interactive tutorial using the gaming engine, Unity, to train nurses for re-certification on their use of the dialysis machines.
