Oversaw the work of up to 14 employees as well as outside contractors, Helped create workflows from image acquisition to final output. Communicated network technical standards and requirements to all departments and producers. Had daily contact with editors, camera and sound department, studio and producers. Supervised editing, audio mixing, color correction, closed captioning and quality control. did payroll, and tracked spending. Delivered all assets including AIR masters to network on time and to standards.

As a professional athlete I trained and climbed as the highest level of American climbing, I was one of the first 10 American teenagers to achieve the 5.13 grade and got early ascents of important climbs at the 5.13 and 5.14 grades including Dead Souls 5.14a (10th ascent) and Cop Killer 5.13d (5th ascent). I put up notable first ascents such as "The Will to Power" in Kingston, New York, and "Escape From New York" in American Fork Canyon, Utah. I was sponsored by companies including Black Diamond, Boreal, and Mad Rock. As a coach I was one of the first climbing coaches in America and one of the first people in the world to apply the scientific principles of Kinesiology to climbing. I coached athletes at the National Championships, Youth National championships, the climbing World Cup, Youth World Championships, summer and winter X-games, and other competitions. My book, co-authored with Dan Hague, The Self-Coached climber spent years as an Amazon best seller in its category and is still considered a ground breaking work.
