My responsibilities include managing retail, office, and mixed use developments, community improvement and transportation development districts, homeowners and property owners associations. I play a vital role in negotiating and implementing commercial leases, fostering and enhancing tenant relationships, preparing and finalizing common area maintenance year end reconciliations, preparing monthly financial statements, and aiding in special analysis projects. I am also deeply involved in the budgeting process which encompasses analyzing current financial performance and preparing and reviewing budgets for the next calendar year. I currently asset manage over 1,000,000 square feet of retail and office space which includes over 130 tenants, $19 million in total income in Missouri, Texas, and Tennessee.
