He also has led marketing for large concerts,conferences, and events with an attendance of over 10,000 people and affecting sales in over60 countries. Douglas is also a voting member for the Grammys and cares very deeply aboutmusic and its preservation.Douglas also has found success in real estate becoming an expert investor and at the sametime educating the masses on generational wealth. With that knowledge, he has been able tocreate a business marketing for real estate agents usually doubling or tripling their production inless than a year.Douglas co-created and founded Reading With a Rapper (2018), a program that relatesacademics and socially conscious lyrics, video content, and technology.
