I have now retired after a 39 year-career of progressively responsible business experience, I have led large aerospace programs as well as run the Information Technology (IT) organization at a top-tier global Aerospace and Defense (A&D) company. My knowledge, experience, and passion for excellence position me to work with executives around the world to optimize their operations and navigate the complex challenges of this important sector. I retired in Sept 2019 as KPMG International’s Global Chair, Industrial Manufacturing and Global Lead, A&D, I develop industry-leading services that, in turn, target and fulfill the needs of our growing client base of industrial manufacturing companies. Over the past 18 years as a consultant and recently as KPMG’s Industrial Manufacturing Sector Chair and Global Leader, I have been responsible for designing industry 4.0 solutions and capabilities as well as a broad range of consulting projects to some of the largest global manufacturing companies. I also lead KPMG's Global i4.0, an initiative that brings smart manufacturing and smart product capabilities to clients around the world. My particular interest is creating the change necessary to achieve real and measurable improvement in business performance. Through this area of focus, I help clients achieve both their near-term objectives as well as their long-range goals. I am a former member of the Aerospace Industry Association (AIA) Board of Governors and am certified in Six Sigma Blackbelt.
