As a Facility Supervisor in the Asset Protection division at Wakefern Food Corporation, I am responsible for safeguarding the assets and the warehouse of the largest retailer-owned cooperative in the US. I respond to various emergencies, such as injuries, disputes, or thefts, and provide timely and effective solutions. I also collaborate with other departments and external agencies to ensure compliance and safety standards are met and upheld.I have a MBA degree from Norwich University, with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from the same institution. My education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle complex and dynamic situations in the warehouse environment. I have also developed strong training and interviewing skills, which I applied in my previous role as an Operations Supervisor at Wakefern. I trained and mentored new employees, monitored their progress, and conducted interviews using certified techniques. I am passionate about learning new things, improving processes, and contributing to the success of the organization.
