Troubleshoot and correct any install challenges, both residential and commercial construction.  Maintain & monitor equipment, supplies & tools, safety parameters. Job walks (planning & review), full measures, reporting, scheduling.  Plan/spec analysis. Responsible for maintaining excellent client/customer and vendor/contractor relations; especially accommodating custom job parameters for normal and any specialized locations safely. Training and supervision of new staffers, other project management tasks as needed.  Suggested and implemented project streamlining improvements, route efficiencies.  Kept current with new product education, offsite seminars.
