Leading and managing all aspects of business IT, digital tools and technologies and digital transformation helping support our amazing staff and volunteers to deliver services to older people.

Responsible for the leadership, management and governance of a Scottish Government funded national IT system, supporting health and social care professionals in Scotland. Responsible for all business functions, including; people management, strategic and operational management, marketing, data analytics and insights, stakeholder management and incident response and business continuity. Responsible for the technical architecture, user research, design and development and cross-functional collaboration between user research, engineering and customer relationship management teams.

Led on internal and external business analysis and national technical business contracts and projects. Responsible for full end-to-end management; financial management, people management and technical workflow stages from discovery, alpha, beta, live and decommissioning. Product Manager for the discovery, testing and implementation of a national business to business organisational ‘needs-based’ assessment and development application. Used by 150+ organisations throughout Scotland. Led cross-functional teams of up to 35 people across Scotland in the delivery of national improvement and educational programmes and technical projects.

Responsible for managing the education programme working with 6,000 children per year, managing 12 staff, managing and supporting 50+ volunteers each week, whilst ensuring 8,000 (circa) public visitors each year had a safe and enjoyable experience at our wildlife site. Responsible for securing multiple contracts and business opportunities through Limited Company arm of the charity. Held a customer manager role. Responsible for the leadership, management, governance and safety of all staff, volunteers, education groups and visitors.
