My job description consists of the following: customer satisfaction- daily checking with the quality control and production managers for any problems or concerns with part performance and customer complaints also ensuring on time delivery by repairing and or tuning tooling to get a quality product shipped to meet due dates. And to make sure after run corrections, repairs, and or tunes are done to insure the tooling is not a problem for the next run date. I lead our shop in a TEAM oriented manor using my knowledge and skills to build cost effective, efficient quality tooling that we can all be proud of. And at the same time always open to new idea's and suggestions on ways to improve them. I'm always open and flexible to work with other departments to help meet their goals.

I was hired in July of 1993 as a CNC/EDM operator and in general shop machining. I worked to improve my skills & ability to obtain the position as a CNC/EDM supervisor in 1997. I continued to work from 1997-2012 as the CNC/EDM supervisor till my promotion as the Tool & Die Manager.
