Work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager and facilities management providing superior human resources services to our employees and the facility. This position supports a broad range of human resource activities including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, grievance tracking, labor relations, employee benefits, compliance training, employment transactions in SAP and maintenance of personnel files. This “hands on” position interacts with all levels of the organization.

Provide direction, feedback, coaching and counseling to assure outcomes are achieved. Analyze, monitor and report data, information and reports as necessary to ensure that all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations are complied with, including but not limited to discrimination and harassment law, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, DOT-CDL, and workers’ compensation.

Wholly accountable for the daily administration of the human resource department, employee benefits, worker’s compensation, hiring practices, labor laws, safety, as well as supervising the bookkeeping and payroll departments.

Responsible for the operation the equipment in the KC-135R that connects the two aircraft in flight so fuel can be transferred. Responsible for ensuring that cargo carried in the tanker is properly loaded and secured for flight.
