Welcome! I'm Douglas Santos,Mechanical Engineer with MBA in Quality of Produtivity. A passionate and focus professional with diversified experience. My journey has led me to become a Maintenance Specialist in various areas, including civil, industry, agricultural machinery and transports.My career includes stints at multinational companies and the opportunity to collaborate with talented teams and sometimes lead them in projects. Over time, I've learned the impact and importance of communication, organization, commitment and integrity to get the best results, no matter the area.My approach is based on the continuous pursuit of excellence. I firmly believe in that education can opens doors and mints, so I always studying. I learn my second language, English, in a self-taught way, after made some courses to improve and also work teaching the idiom. I always was excited to work with technology and daily use softwares like Excel, SolidWorks and SolidEdge to improve my results, get more accuracy and organization. Currently, I'm cursing Software Developing in an international school, the Brigham Young University to explore even more the TI areas.
