Assist staff to identify and rectify problem points in their data collection and output. My multifaceted role requires me to act as a liaison between people who speak computer and people who speak real estate and to build and repair processes that halt inefficiency.

KMM is the Asset Manager for HUD-owned properties throughout the Southeast US (Areas 5A & 6A). My multi-faceted role covers many essential operations from property acquisition through post-closing review in an effort to ensure profitable and timely sales.My primary function with KMM is the review of closing documents. I am responsible for ensuring that HUD's financial interests are protected. This requires elements of contract review, title research, document processing, performing calculations and so on. In addition, I serve as a manager in an office of around 15 people and for our approximately 130 listing brokers. I am often called upon for advice and support across multiple disciplines related to the HUD REO process.
