Facilitate our strategic customers’ equipment and building controls standards, requirements and vision implementation in a JCI context, and within our distributed field organization. This includes the development of JCI designs; hardware, software, graphics, based on these standards and the communication and managed distribution of these designs to the field organization. Support management and security policies on centralized servers supporting large real-estate holdings.

Responsible for the application engineering on all major construction projects in the Northeast, United States. Oversee application engineers and lead technically sophisticated building control implementations at sites throughout the Northeast including, the Empire State Building, World Trade Center Memorial, Yale New Haven Hospital, and Astra Zeneca, Boston. Implemented engineering execution standardization within regional team. Leverage global engineering resources to deliver and implement engineering content on schedule and within cost.

Responsible for research and product development projects in the field of advance process control software and systems and electro-mechanical mechanisms. Led a group of engineers, computer scientist, and process scientist in system development from conception through prototype and commercialization. Oversaw employees in two domestic and one international location. Led the organization on the release of software applications, control systems, and commercial products. Initiated a rigorous development process which included requirements gathering, specification development, design reviews, mechanical and software system test plans, lab and field trials, intellectual property reviews and manufacturing reviews.
