I managed the start up of this new design/build firm and it's transition from a GC role only. I managed the day-to-day operations of the company - from contract management and scheduling to resource management and client relations. I was also the lead designer and project manager for the 11,000 SF laboratory build out for Cascadia Labs that wrapped construction in February 2016. During my tenure at Janus Builders I implemented a financial turn-around that brought the company into solvency and increased gross revenue by 400%. This significant progress was achieved by implementing leadership reorganization, an overhaul of the existing accounting process, regular project audits, and balancing untaped high return new markets while maintaining existing stabilized less profitable markets.
