Co-Chair of the ‘Enable Neurodiversity Alliance’, November 2020 to presentDedicated to creating an open and inclusive experience that provides the environment and opportunities for neurodivergent colleagues to be championed to thrive.• I present to members of the Bank’s ExCo and Senior Leadership Teams to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity.• I established and chaired cross-functional working group to establish a problem statement of more support required for line managers to champion neurodiversity, leading to ‘Championing Neurodiversity’ Guidance Tip sheet for line managers being launched in February 2021.• I established four workstreams (including recruiting) 24 volunteers to support neurodiversity initiatives, including education and a support and mentoring network • I liaise and work closely with Meera Shah (Enable lead), and the Central Diversity and Inclusion Team to discuss and review progress helping to inform their bank wide strategies for neurodiversity.
