My 15+ years of IT experience include my current role as Director of DataCenter for Trace3, Manager, Practice Director, duties as a Systems Administrator & Backup Administrator for the Coventry HealthCare and JPMorgan Chase, nearly all in DataProtection and Storage with varying levels of leadership. Currently employed by Trace3 based out of Phoenix Arizona, my ambition is to help and grow people as well as companies through team building and mentorship. My strongest key trait is that I am a trusted and proven leader in the industry. I have been fortunate enough to build and lead amazing teams.
