As part of Aero’s Concierge team I supported our guests via phone, email, and chat, providing elevated service for high profile guests, and training new employees. As our systems were constantly changing and evolving, I played a part in building new processes and streamlining existing ones. I collaborated daily with all of our teams, from marketing to charters, finance to operations, to ensure seamless service for our guests. I maintained positive relationships with our vendors in Aspen, Cabo, Sun Valley, and Dallas, as well as keeping morale up within our own team. And lastly I helped promote our brand by creating coloring books and stuffed animals for our youngest passengers, based on my own designs.
