I have over 30 years experience in private client work specialising in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, the administration of estates and trusts including acting as an attorney to a substantial number of clients. I regularly work with families and individuals in their long term succession planning including interaction with income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.I have a good deal of experience of working with the elderly assisting them to adapt to independent living following the loss of a spouse, a major health event or simply as they grow older . I encourage all clients to remain in their own home with appropriate care and provide introductions to appropriate carers or agencies.
