Projects in my portfolio include every type of construction from wood framed single family residential to concrete and steel high-rises to large scale industrial complexes. My experience covers nearly every aspect of the design/construction industry, from design development to construction administration to forensic investigation. I have represented the architect, the developer, the investor, and the general contractor during the construction of projects ranging in scope from small tenant improvements to multi-billion dollar industrial complexes. Having this variety of view points of the construction industry gives me a unique and balanced view of the building design/construction process.Specialties: Since 1997 I have specialized in building envelope/ waterproofing, and forensic investigation for litigation and corrective design. Other areas of expertise include property condition assessment and construction site representation for architects and developers.I am a Certified BPI Residential Energy Auditor, Registered Level 1 Thermography, and a Registered EIFS Inspector.
