Write Stored Procedures and Functions in T-SQL to enhance and maintain the Firestorm multi-level marketing system.

• Supported large volume client in the Mortgage Industry.• Placed and validated large volume of orders for home valuations and appraisals on a daily basis.

• Sustained high quality customer service and maintained over 11,000 employer 401K accounts.• Processed transactions that included 401K rollovers to IRA’s, processing 401K withdrawals, exchanging money between mutual funds, establishing future contributions to 401K, and processing 401K loans.

• Designed, coded, tested and implemented security enhancements for the Queue Placement Package. The project was implemented on time and under budget.• Supported an on-line billing system that captured flight information for billing of revenue generated for airlines. • Created a lost and stolen ticket database.

• Developed, coded, tested and implemented an interface program to an advertising system for the Dallas Morning News. • Resolved problem with TV Spot Customer Notification Product for A.H. Belo. Successfully integrated the Application to properly interface with a commercial product called Faxman to allow customers to receive advertising information by fax. Also added code to compress the database weekly.

• Developed and designed preprocessing and GUI interface for report generation on a new hotel reservations system. The preprocessing gathering and analyzing data and built tables used by the GUI front-end.• Coded, tested and implemented an Airport Check-in System for American Airlines. Developed in C/370 and interfaced to a relational database using TPFDF. Reviewed and modified design specifications.• Assisted user group during system test and resolved coding problems as they arose. Mentor team members in C and the TPFDF interface, in addition to regular duties. Due to time constraints I learned C/370 while I was working on the project.• Responsible for Pricing Entry Security Project including system analysis, customer approval, coding, technical walkthroughs, testing, implementation and documentation. Received letter of appreciation from customer.• Designed, coded, tested and implemented major database reorganization to allow for unlimited future expansion. Successfully converted over 500,000 records from existing database.
