• The role is focused in three areas: Information Architecture solution design, customer outreach with regards to Information Architecture policies and best practices, and audit and enforcement of Information.
• Create, manage, and control those areas of the organization’s governance documentation relevant to the organization’s Information Architecture design.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct annual customer site audit audits. Collaborate with customers to remediate their sites based on the audit results.
• Provide customer outreach and training materials/curriculum to ensure users are up-to-date with latest Enterprise services and features as well as best practices for implementation within the Department of State.
• Work with internal technical teams such as Configuration Management, Engineering, Design and Development, and Production Server Operations to ensure the technical solutions meet the requirements of the Information.
• Review and submit internal enterprise level change requests including design documentation, Government Product Accessibility Template (GPAT), test cases, and roll-back procedures.

• Responsible for a team of four analysts and six engineers across the first, second, and third shifts. The team is responsible for providing Tier II technical and end-user support for the entire State Department..
• Monitor and resolution of incident and service requests for the Department using the Remedy incident tool
• Design and configuration of standard SharePoint site collections
• Customer training and communications including online support and hand-on, instructor-led workshops
• Content management and design of both internal and enterprise intranet sites
• Site audits and reporting using both built-in SharePoint tools as well as Axceler ControlPoint

• Establish internal processes for managing the site deployment life cycle from client requests and assignments to design and deployment.
