Manage server systems,staff the JDCC Helpdesk, receiving and solving technical calls (concerning email, AS400 connectivity, we browsing, printing, etc.) from faculty, student and staff, maintain computer system backups, handle ordering processes and maintain inventory records, perform routine maintenance on JDCC personal computer systems, including hardware and software, and set up and maintain JDCC computer labs.
