As a Project Manager, I worked closely with the Architect, theclinical staff, and the administration on several projects at theGreenville Memorial Hospital for the last three years. Major ones included a new Vascular lab and five patient room and nurses station, completed ahead of schedule and under budget, a new 11 room 20 infant NICU including nurses station done successfully on a crash schedule as mandated by DHEC, and the first phase ( 100 of 250 ) of patient room and major nurse station complete rebuild. All of these were more of a design/build, mostly self performed with all trades, and working closely with specialty subs where specs, bidding, and contract award was done by myself.

Assisted and guided clients through opportune methods of listing for sale their properties to most benefit them as sellers. Also spent numerous hours and days with many clients finding them the right properties for the best price. Worked hard on either the buyers' or the sellers' side to make sure inspections, appraisals, and contracts were done timely and properly to their satisfaction.

Supervised day to day construction of four new motels from layout through all finishes and furnishings. Three of these were pretty much standard from Sleep Inn prototypes ( 60 to 90 room ) and one Super 8. Established the initial project budgets, subcontractor scopes, specifications, bid packages, contracts, and detailed schedules. Instrumental in the initial surveys and layout, through the structure erection and all MEP installations, while many times acting as an on site superintendent. Each project was approximately $ 1.4 million and were completed under budget.
