As the Business Operations Digital Aviation and Analytics Leader I am responsible for leading and integrating BGS Leadership Operations, including transition and cultural/change management work, Statement of Work Commitment and Control Management, Management Information Systems and Metrics.

Chief of Staff for the Vice President of Product Operations. Provide work statement management oversight for a 1000 plus person organization to support execution towards business goals and long-term objectives.Coordinates and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case. Creates and manages Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel. Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies established by executive leadership. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval. Facilitates the establishment of an overall management system architecture by utilizing the Program Management Best Practices. Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plan. Ensures follow up action for issue resolution. Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction. Assists in task management and provides expert business advice to enable a more efficient use of executive resources.

Lead a global quality team supporting the organization in the creation and effective use of a Quality Management System while promoting and implementing a Lean culture.Create a culture of early quality involvement through embedded self-directed work teams.Facilitate change in the organization to meet changing customer needs based on feedback.Lead and support internal and external industry, customer and regulatory audits; (FAA, EASA, CASA, ISO 9001, DO-200A, etc).Interface focal for external customers, regulators, and Boeing regarding inquiries and compliance.Provide technical direction and guidance regarding Jeppesen processes and data use.Advise senior leaders on quality issues and opportunities affecting business operations. Ensure services or processes meet customer, company, quality, industry and regulatory requirements.Coach, mentor and motivate employees on developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Provide on-going developmental feedback.Recognize contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction.

Manages internal quality programs and projects. Develops, implements and maintains a quality management system across the enterprise ensuring compliance with quality standards/requirements. ISO 9001, RTCA DO-200A, AC 20-153.
