My career started in public audit with PwC after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with my BSBA in Accounting. In addition to PwC, I also held internships with the Internal Audit and Finance groups at American Eagle Outfitters. After a short life in the Big Four world, I decided to move away from debits and credits and took an analyst role with PRO Unlimited.I went on to pursue my MBA at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business with a focus in Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Marketing. During graduate school I consulted with the Global Applied Projects (GAP) program in Shanghai, participated in BASF’s Leadership Development Program, and held two Graduate Associate positions.Post-MBA I returned to PRO Unlimited, and sister organization RightSourcing, advancing to the Director level leading a team of 25 individuals and supporting $3B+ in annual spend for over 40 clients. After nearly a decade of consulting on contingent labor, I now lead the fantastic team of 100+ employee-owners at Rolling Hills! Outside of work I enjoy life in my little hometown of Latrobe, PA, which is quite literally Mr. Roger’s neighborhood. I love traveling, cheering on my favorite sports teams, and spending time with my family and friends. You’ll also likely catch me hanging out with my golden doodle, Arnie, who is named after Latrobe’s own, Arnold Palmer!
