I am one of four owners of Tactix, back where I began my brokerage career in 2000. After a 5-year stint as Executive Managing Director with a "full service" firm, I confirmed what I always knew in the back of my mind: that a conflict-free firm fully devoted to tenant advocacy was the only platform for ensuring that I could consistently achieve the best results for my clients. During my 20+ year career exclusively dedicated to tenant representation, I have had the privilege of representing some of the region’s top companies, from small startups to AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 500 companies with thousands of employees. I’ve also had the amazing experience of working almost my entire brokerage career with some of Philadelphia’s most important non-profit providers of legal services, including CLS, PLA, Philadelphia VIA and Philadelphia HIAS, just to name a few.Prior to rejoining Tactix in 2016, I worked in a full-service brokerage environment as one of the only brokers exclusively working on the tenant’s side of a real estate transaction. While in that environment, I experienced firsthand the challenges that arise when trying to represent both landlords and tenants in the same market. While I obtained valuable insights into the landlord side of the business, I also realized that to effectively represent the interests of tenants and eliminate conflicts of interest, I needed to once again be aligned with a firm whose sole focus in the market was driving down rents. I couldn’t be more proud of the best in class team we’ve assembled, or the deals we’ve achieved that our clients thought were unachievable. I’m back where I belong, and welcome the opportunity to demonstrate for you why Tactix is the fastest growing tenant representation team in the region.
