We undertook a major renovation project, updating and improving the showroom with live appliances and home theater and audio rooms. I was responsible for between 20 and 25 employees from sales to installation and delivery. This was an exciting challenge, and the team I led quickly turned into a well-trained, high performance group. In a store that had not yet achieved $6 million in sales, we exceeded $7 million in revenues my last year in Kalispell, having seen strong increases from all of our Sales Associates. Sales training and role play, multiple operational improvements, and a strong commitment by team members helped drive strong market share growth and improved customer experience.
