• Led the transition from waterfall (quarterly releases) to an agile-based process and methodology. Implemented processes and tools to support new workflow and development cycles. • Designed, developed, deployed, and supported a 100+ concurrent user workflow management client/server application on SQL Server with .NET workstation clients. This application used T-SQL, ETL, and web service interfaces to send and retrieve data with the pharmacy management system, the document imaging and management systems, and automated order fulfillment system. Bar code tracking was utilized to create a paperless fulfillment environment. Through the use of detailed order tracking and reporting, lost orders were greatly reduced and management was able to identify production bottlenecks and peak use times.• Assisted in general server, desktop and network support as needed.
