The The Pit Bull Victim's Foundation Inc. is a non profit corporation formed and incorporated in Texas on November 2nd 2012. The foundation's goals are to be able to begin helping the victims of the relentless and brutal pit bull attacks. So many victims are left not only with horrific injuries but also massive medical bills and astronomical costs for treatment that often continue for months or years. They are left holding the bag when the pit bull owners run away, hide the dogs, refuse to help pay and almost always have no insurance to cover what their dogs do.The tragedy is that so many are so seriously hurt and then forgotten by the public, the law, and our legislative members. They are so often vilified by the pit bull owners and advocates after they have been the victim of the serious and growing public disaster the pit bull owners and advocates have created over the last 40 years,We aim to help the families in many ways, to help with the costs of the medical bills or the funerals. To try to help set up a counseling program for victims and their loved ones. To make the truth and the facts available to one and all so they can see through the deliberate deception spewed out in organized campaigns by the pit bull advocacy in their desperate attempts to hide the truth, while on a daily basis these dogs maim, maul, disfigure, disable, dismember and kill men women and children by the score. We will be setting up educational programs and conferences to make sure the truth gets out. We will be looking to setup a low cost or free mobile spay neuter clinic that can provide these needed services to the neighborhoods and cities where the pit bull concentrations are becoming untenable.However we will need the help of many people to reach these goals. So always bear in mind that a little of your time, a little of your effort or a small donation can go a long way to helping a victim or a family begin to walk the long hard road to recovery.

I started as a project manager, in charge of planning, scheduling, coordination and was the customer liaison for each project. Before leaving the company I became the head of the IT department and modernized the company systems, bringing in new technology, new software and a totally new communications and representative tracking system. I used CRM type services to streamline customer relations as well as agent communications and inter-office collaboration. This produced about a 35% overall savings in overhead directly related to servicing customer accounts and handling agents in the field. I left to begin a consulting service to offer the same type upgrades and savings to other companies. This consulting service is now Wolfe Interactive Designs. We have expanded over the years to become a turn key design an development services company.

I was the project manager, I worked up the bids, the schedules, the cost analysis, procurement or materials and overseeing the crew as we installed the truck and railroad scales. These projects ran from about $60000 up to about $200,000 at times.

I started in distribution but shortly after I began to handle customer queries and complaints. When the owner decided to purchase a computer system for the office it turned out I was the only one with any knowledge or experience on PCs. Thus I became the IT guy without the title at first. The company was in bankruptcy court when I started In late 1985 it was still in bankruptcy court and looked be there for a good while unless it was liquidated. This prompted me to finally make the decision to leave and find another position.
