Estimating, Project Management, negotiating contracts for purchasing, sales, monitoring agreements, changes to monitoring agreements, working with accounting to insure proper billing takes place.  Handling all aspects of service calls from customer to technician dispatch, scheduling inspections, performing fire alarm, sprinkler, special protection testing and completing associated paperwork. Handling technical support issues with in the fire division ranging from supporting the computers in our group, to issues the team may run across in the field on daily a basis.  I am also in charge of multiple federal daily contracts with GSA which involves following the guidelines set forth in the PBS-P100 Publication and NFPA codes, working with my Contracting Officer Representative to insure all procurement forms are in place for work performed outside the scope of my standard contract. Also, overseeing outside contractors of related work. I have developed & maintained successful working relationships with senior building management, the Contracting Officer Representative, staff of the contracted companies and the general federal employee community
