Humans learn by doing. I design powerful learning *experiences* that change attitudes, build skills, and deepen understanding (usually in that order). At The Prompt I'm helping executives and their teams assess and exploit AI in ways that support their missions and objectives. I particularly enjoy working with L&D and HR teams to consider the human impacts of this transition, and helping NGOs leverage AI tools to accelerate and amplify their impact. At Kinection I lead a passionate, creative team that designs and develops digital learning programs, usually games or simulations, for clients who care about outcomes.
