Founder of FiberQA, LLC since June 2012.Changed role to CTO (from President) in Feb 2017 in order to focus on technology, with a new President to handle operational control of the company. Also involved in the strategic and technical side of our Sales and Business Development. The company is growing and adding some significant new products to our AVIT line. It is an exciting time at the company, whose roots go back to my first company, PVI Systems founded in 1999.

FiberQA delivers automated inspection and cleaning solutions for fiber optic end faces in telecommunications, datacomm and Mil-Aero applications.

Executive management of a small business, with strong negotiation and technical skills. Besides serving as Company President, I lead the sales and marketing efforts. My main contribution in sales is to develop the initial system design concepts and to present a compelling solutions presentation to potential clients.

Developed and sold software, written using LabVIEW from National Instruments, for managing, running and displaying results of Cub Scout (Boy Scouts of America) Pinewood Derbies.

Headed up a group that developed custom automated solutions for DoD and private commercial clients.

Three years as EDO and then traded in khaki's for jeans and became a Civil Service engineer. Worked in the Submarine Towed Array division for total of 17 fun-filled years.
