ESET/Sophos/Bitlocker.• Create and updates policies and procedures for workstations and end users.• Create and updates knowledge base on Internal IT processes and related information.• Assists with the administration of Active Directory and keeps employee data in sync with the HR systems.• Assists with administering Office 365 for employees.• Coordinates end-user Support processes and methods with the internal Help Desk teams.• Performs Tier 3 End user support and Corporate office local support.

While working as Information Technology Coordinator, I wore many hats at BRCN, but primarily I acted as the lead for the IT Team, managed all IT related projects, oversaw our Help Desk activity, and generally managed the day to day operations of the IT department. I also functioned as the college's Information Security Officer.I worked with internal and external customers, determining their needs, and kept them up to date on progress and changes. I also worked with many other teams and departments to accomplish goals.I chaired the college's IT Committee and set strategy and goals for the college's IT needs. I also managed the IT budget and expenses. I established relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and consultants as needed. I acted as liaison for all IT related matters with partner institutions and served on several IT governance committees within Blessing Health System.

While working as Data Manager, I designed, programmed, and maintained our student information database system – Blessing-Rieman Information System (B.R.I.S). This was a secured client-server application I developed using MS Access and Visual Basic for Applications and consisted of numerous forms, code modules, queries, and reports. This system was used throughout the college to manage all types of important data related to our recruits, students, alumni, etc., and I was responsible for all aspects of its design, functionality, installation, and use by employees.I also served as the college’s webmaster and was responsible for all aspects of designing, programming, and implementing the college’s online web presence. Over the years, I used a range of technologies to accomplish these goals from MS FrontPage to VB.NET, ASP.NET, and AJAX.Other roles I served in the college were: Blackboard Learning System online course administrator, general technology consulting, and I frequently assisted with Help Desk activity. This position required a varied and extensive knowledge of computers including: database design and programming, website design and programming, as well as general knowledge of computer hardware and networking. At times I supervised one or two student workers and oversaw data entry in the college’s database systems.I also participated in the College’s Information Technology Planning Committee as well as the College’s Marketing Committee.

While working as a Psychiatric Addictions Assistant on the Behavior Medicine Unit, I was directly involved in our Psychiatric patients treatment and care. As part of the treatment team, I assisted in most areas of our patient’s treatment program including: admissions, counseling one-on-one and in group therapy sessions, assisting patients in treatment assignments, and doing physical care of patients as required. I was trained in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention techniques to handle physically aggressive patients. I was cross trained to work between the three Psychiatric Units, two of which were locked and required special safety precautions. I was also cross trained to work as a unit secretary at my own request.
