• Designed and coded a Win32 Desktop Client software. Use Active-X Control to communicate with an OpenPix Image Server through IIP Protocol to assist web developer to design web pages. This is an online web-based tool designed for HP Response Center engineers to resolve customer’s problems by querying HP’s knowledge database. About 40 webservers are deployed around the world with 6000 users accessing it daily on a 24x7 basis.
