-Managed day to day operations of a number of areas including Cash Management, Payments, Accounts Payable, Reconciliations, Fixed Income / Derivatives, Corporate deposits and Debt -Issuance on behalf of PTSB and its associated subsidiaries.-Migrated all collateral management from Risk to Back office and streamlined the entire process reducing the process from 12 man hours daily to 0.5 man hours. -Business Analyst on several projects including upgrade of Corporate Deposit System, OPICS 6.1 and Reconciliations system.-Undertook operational reviews of several areas to identify any risks or weaknesses in current processes and procedures, documented findings and recommended solutions.

-Primarily working with all areas of the securities business within Citi Agency & Trust, Global and Domestic settlement, Corporate actions and Unit Trusts to reduce Balance & (Non) Balance sheet exceptions by reviewing processes and procedures and performing root cause analysis of breaks & identifying trends in exception reporting.

-Business Analyst on client sites throughout Europe as a functional consultant onOPICS + upgrades-Development and execution of test plans incorporating unit, user acceptance and integration testing. Support and execution of parallel run testing.Support on several parallel runs and database/report reconciliations.-Liaison between technical leads, business users and project managers-Issue tracking, logging and replication including documentation, testing and implementation of proposed solutions.-Client training on use of new functionality and documentation of user manuals.-Prioritisation and escalation of client issues and bug reporting and liaison with developers in India and China.

-Managed a team of 4 people responsible for all back office activities in the bank from deal verification, settlement to confirmation. -Business Analyst on implementation of Front to Back office system (Opics) incorporating all finance and Risk functionality. .-Business Analyst on upgrade of Opics version 5.3 to 6.1 and implementation of hedge accounting module.
