I like to combine my backgrounds in training, psychology, research, writing, and business systems/intelligence to help teams establish scalable processes, knowledge development, and best practice adoption.I currently work at the Center for Care Innovations where I support the team's technology infrastructure and data management. My role encompasses both Business and Technical Operations; I synthesize business requirements, implement technical changes, and drive change management & best practice adoption for our various systems and processes. I manage CCI's Salesforce instance and database as the team seeks to spread healthcare innovations to a wider audience, and I am project managing CCI’s “spin-out” from our fiscal sponsor.At Sovos, I focused on content development and building a navigable intranet for internal teams to connect and share materials. I partnered Sovos' Product and Support teams to strengthen Tier 0 Support by intuitively educating and empowering end-users to best leverage the software while simultaneously reducing the need to engage Support. I was responsible for the Support Portal and ensured customers could easily find self-help materials or engage with Support. I ultimately partnered cross-functionally to ensure internal workflows and quote to cash processes were client-focused, efficient, and scaleable as the team grew organically, and especially through M&A.At OSU, I taught Research Methods, Introductory Psychology, Statistics, and Comparative Psychology. I worked with honey bees, rattlesnakes, and horses as models to investigate temporal conditioning via individual data analysis methods.I like educating and mentoring critical thinkers that question tenacity and authority. My personal pedagogy blends technology, behaviorism, the zeitgeist, and ubiquitous learning principles shared by all learning styles. My research interests include: comparative learning, social reinforcement, temporal control, ethanol, and individual data analyses. I subscribe to Aristotelean metaphysics, use idemnotic measurement, eschew aggregate-based analysis methods, and am still trying to shed the quantitative imperative.I enjoy training, data analysis, research design, writing/editing, public speaking, curriculum development, information management, behavior modification, running stats with SPSS/R/OOM, and building processes in Salesforce/Confluence/JIRA.
