There's a fascinating statistic in baseball: two-thirds of the time, the winning team scores more runs in a single inning than their opponents manage in the entire game. This underscores how the accumulative impact of hours upon hours of refining one's craft can pay off over time. I lead salespeople with a similar philosophy. I help companies grow their revenue by establishing repeatable frameworks and processes. These strategies guide sales reps towards achieving consistent, incremental improvements, culminating in their own "big innings" in sales!At NTT Ltd (2012-2019), I pioneered the Account Scoring framework. My leadership saw me spearheading the global sales org in New Logo sales for seven consecutive years—first as an individual contributor and then as a front-line manager. By 2019, my team dominated the top four positions in the Global Sales stack rankings!In 2020, a former boss recruited me to StackPath, an emerging product tech startup, to build out the outbound sales organization. I scaled and developed a global team of 45 reps and five managers from the ground up.
