About Denny Pallenberg

I am on a mission to use business as a force for good. I bring over ten years of experience growing startups and nonprofits in the impact ecosystem. Through strong relationship building, problem-solving, and organizational skills, I've excelled in business development, operations, event management, and sustainability roles at a broad range of organizations in climate change, cleantech, impact investing, and consumer products. Almost all of the research on the future of work points to adaptability as a key skill for workers as they manage rapidly evolving business models and technological advancements. Thankfully, adaptability and activator are two of my key leadership skills which allow me to thrive in fast-paced environments, respond with ease to changing priorities, and use an action-oriented approach to learn and accomplish my goals. Since starting to meditate in 2010, I've been on a path of wisdom and awakening in my life. I'm a practicing Buddhist with over a decade of meditation practice. I helped run the Big Heart City Meditation Sangha in San Francisco and produce the Wisdom 2.0 Conference and Meetups. I am a firm believer in conscious leadership.
