This was the largest and most successful marketing campaign in the company's 13-year history. • Led a 15-person centralized marketing team that produced a broad range of content in support of product launches, player activations, corporate leadership events, social media, user acquisition, and in-app promotions. • Current areas of focus include brand strategy and management, and strategic business initiative support. • Orchestrated the effort to develop the executive narrative and presentation materials used to take the company public. • Conducted qualitative research “deep dives” on our initial suite of mobile apps and provided product owners with actionable insights used to improve key player retention metrics.• Led effort to discover, document, and communicate the company’s core values.• Led effort to develop company presentation narratives and supporting materials used to secure high-value strategic partnerships. • Developed and led go-to-market campaigns for our initial suite of games.• Produced player meet-up events in key U.S. and U.K. markets.
